How do you deliver my order?
All orders are delivered using Australia Post express parcel delivery. You can track your parcel with the tracking number we send to you. All parcels are delivered in plain, discreet packaging without any branding.
How do I place an order?
After completing an online assessment and brief consultation to allow our doctor to review your suitability for an online script, your order will be processed. Our doctor will then review your assessment. If approved, a prescription is passed to our pharmacy team who will dispense and deliver your treatment program via Australia Post. If for any reason your order is not approved, a full refund is issued.
Will I get information about the treatment?
At Simple Online Doctor, we aim to provide high quality and safe healthcare online at a time that suits your needs. After you complete an online assessment and place your order, you will be provided information about the treatment and receive continued support from our patient care team.
What treatments do we offer?
Australian law prevents us from naming specific treatments under the condition they are used for. Our doctors will prescribe treatments according to your preferences and the latest professional prescribing guidelines. All our treatment options and prices are shown after starting the consultation process.
How long will my order take?
We pride ourselves on getting you the treatments you need quickly. Generally, all orders placed before 10 AM AEST on weekdays are reviewed and if approved, processed for delivery on the same day. All orders placed after 10 AM are sent the very next business day. We use express delivery which remains the fastest delivery method in Australia. After sending, we expect orders to arrive within 1-2 business days to major cities and 3-5 business days for rural areas of Australia.
